This blog is a diary of events, and thoughts of a guild master, main tank and raid leader of Tuatha Dé Danann.

For the last 4 years i played a protection paladin, and while i enjoyed that class pre-TBC and AQ patch, i felt for WOTLK it was time for a change.

In WOTLK i decided to try the DeathKnight, and while the change was a refreshing one, old habits are hard to break, and sometimes knowing your class more and with the experience gained from those years of playing a tank are irresistible.

7 months of toying with the DK have lead me to one inevitable conclusion that i have been fighting with all these years...Paladin IS my class.

4 Years of being a Guild Master & Raid Leader of a casual raiding guild (WOTLK) this is the later part of my gaming history. I'm by no means a spring chicken when i say i have just about seen it all when it comes to guild drama, politics and crisis. Hopefully some of my experiences might help you?

New baby, new house....forget warcraft....

December 15th 2016 - Gone Vanilla

After many attempts to regain my interest in the Live Servers and the build-up to Legion. That sense of adventure, excitement and survival has completely gone. Sitting in my garrison alone, driven to self interest, LFG dungeons and raids has lost the RPGMMO experience for me, and I'm looking back to the original version to find where Blizzard went wrong...
